Virginia L. Anderson is thrilled to be joining
the artistic team of Lex-Ham Community Theater. She holds a B.A. in English and theatre from Carleton College, an M.A. in drama from Stanford University, and an M.A. in performance and culture from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Directing credits include Spring Awakening, Celebration, The Lover, Falsettos, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Kathy and Mo Show. She has worked in stage management for Park Square Theater; The Theatre Gallery at The Playwrights' Center; Frank Theatre; London's Royal National Theatre Studio; Buffalo, New York's Shakespeare in the Park and Studio Arena Theatre; and the Stephen Sondheim Celebration at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. last year. Virginia enjoys ballroom dancing and volunteering as a "foster parent" through the Carver-Scott Humane Society.
