Alisa has been involved in theatre for 25 years.
She has an MFA in acting from Florida State University, where she
attended the Asolo Center for Performing Arts professional training
program. Shows on the
Asolo Mainstage include: A Christmas Carol, Nunsense and The
Heiress. Alisa
recently created and played the title role in the Great American History
Theatre’s production of Songcatcher,
which chronicled the life and times of Minnesota Native Francis Densmore. Alisa was a founding member and Managing Director of The
Brooklyn Project, where she directed the premiere of
The Christmas Angel. Alisa
was Artistic Director of the Lex Ham Community Theatre from 1996 to 1999.
She directed Neighborhood on the Hill, Wanda’s Visit,
Faith County II and Fielder's Choice and The Mice Have
Been Drinking Again for Lex-Ham.
