Pity poor Pericles -
He discovers an ominous secret about King Antiochus and needs to flee for his life. He gets washed ashore after a shipwreck. Pericles' luck seems to change when he wins the heart and hand of Thaisa, the daughter of Simonides, the king of Pentapolis and a beautiful daughter, Marina, is born. Unfortunately, he, once again, finds himself on a ship in a storm. The sailors on the ship urge him to toss the body of Thaisa, who has died, overboard. Thaisa washes to the shores of Ephesus and is revived, but with amnesia and doesn't remember how to reunite with Pericles. Marina is raised in Tarsus only to find her life in danger. What more can go wrong? Will the family be reunited?
